How do you set the price of each item?
The price of each item is based on a pricing algorithm that takes into consideration market trends, demand and the item’s condition. Before any item is listed, you will receive an email with an estimated net payout for your approval – this corresponds to the entire amount you will receive once your item sells, net of all commissions, shipping costs and duties.
What are my payout options?
If you choose MUSE points, you will receive the points equivalent to the amount/value chosen to be received. If you choose MUSE Points, you’ll receive points equivalent to the selected amount, added to your MUSE account within 3-5 working days. These points can be used for online and in-store purchases at any MUSE brands.
If you opt for Cash via Bank Transfer, the payout specified in your pricing proposal will be transferred to your bank account after your item is resold. This may take up to 7 working days due to bank processing times.
I don't have a MUSE account. What should I do?
No problem, you’ll be asked to create a MUSE account before submitting your items on reMUSE. Keep in mind that if you choose to get paid in MUSE Points, it will be added to the MUSE account connected with the email address you use for reMUSE.
What is the smart pricing tool?
You can select Smart Pricing when you first list your items. This allows the payout to automatically reduce by up to 20% every 45 days, with a maximum price reduction of 3 x 20%.
What happens if my items are not approved for resell?
If your item is not approved for Resell as per our guidelines, we will inform you via email. You can reach out to our ReMUSE Concierge team to request a return with a fee of 60 AED per item, capped at 180 AED per shipment. Request a return via support@experience-muse.com or by phone on 800 888 777.
I changed my mind, can I request to return my items?
